Clearer and faster admissions policy at ESF

The English Schools Foundation is scrapping assessment interviews for children who move from ESF kindergartens to one of their primary schools. Starting from September this year, the offering of a Year 1 place will be made following a period of collaborative assessment involving the child’s kindergarten and primary school teachers, removing the stressful interview and giving primary schools a more in-depth, meaningful understanding of the children at this stage of their learning. www.esf.edu.hk
