“Baz & Friends Afternoon Invasion” Tea Set

This Christmas, as part of a collaboration with Lane Crawford, Baz and his friends are taking a snowy adventure to the Garden Lounge. Baz, along with his loyal sidekick Mini Baz, the fashion enchantress Rox, and the flavoursmith Max, sneak into the restaurant and are pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel’s culinary team has prepared a series of exquisite and homemade festive treats to share with Baz and his friends. Nestled alongside Victoria Harbour, HUE Dining presents an unforgettable culinary experience that pairs world-class dishes with spectacular views. Indulge in an extravagant afternoon tea experience that combines savoury and sweet delights, including black truffle and mascarpone Pâté à Choux and elegant Parmesan Tartlets with Abalone Liver and lime zest.
