A new afternoon tea set is now available at Le Soleil at The Royal Garden. This spring, Le Soleil is joining hands with the international Aesthetic Group Ingrid Millet for a Vietnamese and French style afternoon tea set. An array of delightful Vietnamese savouries and sweets are housed in a beautiful two-tiered Eiffel tower stand.
Savoury items include; baby lotus root and crab meat salad, steamed rice flour pouch with minced pork and dried shrimp, crispy fried Saigon spring roll, minced pork with prawn cracker, Banh Mi with Vietnamese sausage and the eye-catching marinated Boston lobster with fruit salsa and romaine heart with the dried iced fog! For the desserts, created to match with the colour tone form the gift pack, turquoise coloured blackcurrant ivory chocolate mousse and mango roll cake, and pink coloured mint, raspberry and Sakura chocolate cake. Also included in the tea set are a choice of drinks such as the original Vietnamese coffee, honey lemongrass and ginger, honey mandarin tea and honey pomelo tea.
