    Playscope 萬象館

Busma Butt shares her experience at Playscope, an indoor playroom situated in Tai Po, Hong Kong. It is run by Playright Children’s Play Association (a non government organisation).

The 4,000 square feet indoor play area is full of child-led activities, some of which are changed every few months.

Busma’s son J. loves all the pretend play activities. They spend a fun two hours playing activities such as pretending to be a firefighter and a construction worker, selling dim sum, pillow fighting, “pillow building”, scooping little wooden blocks and painting on the huge wall.

What Busma loves most about this place is that many of the pretend play props are made with recycled materials such as cardboard and newspaper, plus many items created by the wonderful “play workers”.
