
Chef Shane Osborn of Arcane, will debut a pop up of his new restaurant concept at the Tong Chong Street Market. On Sunday, 10 February, visitors to the Quarry Bay farmers market will be the first to taste exciting new dishes prepared in the style of Shane’s upcoming, modern Australian bistro called Cornerstone.
Committed to supporting the environment and local community, Cornerstone’s pop up will feature a light and flavourful salt baked local beetroot with ras el hanout sour cream and toasted sunflower (HK$40). The second dish, a warm and hearty soupe au pistou, made with local vegetables of the season (HK$40) will provide a tasty teaser for what Cornerstone will have in store when it opens its doors in Central in the coming months.
