
Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cup – Flour
1/4 Cup – Cane Sugar
1 Cup – Milk
2 Tsp – Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp – Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup – Pumpkin Puree
1 Large – Egg
1 Tbsp – Vegetable Oil
Direction:
Add all the dry ingredients into a large bowl, mix well
In a seperate bowl, add in all the wet ingredients, mix well
Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl, combine well
Batter can be a little bit lumpy
Over medium-high heat, pour batter to desired size and cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, flip and cook for another 1 min
