Buddhist Cheung Mui Kwai Kindergarten (佛教張梅桂幼稚園)
Our kindergarten is a non-profit making education institute sponsored by Po Lin Monastery. Based on Buddha’s teaching of relief through mercy and compassion, the Monastery supports partially our operating expenses, including students’ school material, school bus shuttle service and amenities etc. Thus, the kindergarten is able to set the fee scale of all its services at a very reasonable level.
Based on Buddha’s teaching of relief through mercy and compassion, the mission of the school is to provide a qualitative and child oriented curriculum which places an emphasis on the holistic personal development of each child, and encompasses ethnical, intellectual, physical aesthetic and social development elements. Thus the school aims to nurture the all-round development of our children enabling them to develop an positive attitude towards life as well as ensuring a smooth transition of our children from family to the community.
