Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impared
Ebenezer is founded in the Christian faith. It aims to provide comprehensive educational, rehabilitation and recreational training in a residential setting for the visually impaired, intellectually disabled and elderly. Resource support program is rendered to students with visual impairment and with other disabilities in mainstream and special schools.

Curriculum: Ebenezer School is at present the only school that provides mainstream curriculum for the visually impaired students. There are 72 students from P1 to S3 up to 31 March 2012. Among them, there are 47 boarders and 25 day students. The dormitory has 72 boarders altogether, including 25 integrators in mainstream schools. The Resource Support Programme (RSP) for the visually impaired students is expanding. There are 185 service users integrated in 73 participating special schools, as well as mainstream primary and secondary schools.

In response to the needs of visually impared students, the school has specially designed pths, handrails along walls, plastic bumps, point numbers, touch signs, orientation marks, electronic sound generators, crash pads, etc. to facilitate studentx' freedom in school. There is also a Speech Therapy Department and an Occupational Therapy Department.

The school building has four floors which can be accessed by staris or by lift. The basic facilties include a natural light sky auditorium, canteen, kiosk, classrooms, accessible toilets, coputer rooms, technology and living room, music rooms, counselling and care rooms, libraries, activity rooms, conference rooms and well-equipped dorms.
