Encompass Academy is a privately-owned education centre in Hong Kong that provides children with special needs and their families a warm and supportive environment where learning is fortified and lives are transformed. At Encompass Academy, each child is a unique individual whose autonomy is recognized and respected. Positive relationships are cultivated. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis on Verbal Behavior (VB) is the methodology used when teaching students various skills and concepts. In the Verbal Behavior model, motivating operations (MO) are utilized and targeted in learning where situations are captured and/or contrived to create motivation to learn.
