A family oriented non-profit nursery and preschool was established in 2008. Located close to Tai Po Market train station, its small class sizes offer a personal approach to early years education. The home-school communication platform serves as an important bridge linking students, teachers and parents. There is also a playgroup for toddlers aged 1-2 years to get used to the environment before attending nursery at 2 years. Preschool Students may leave at the end of K2 to join internationals primary schools or stay on for another year in K3 and attend local primary schools.

Mandarin:
Mandarin is taught through songs and stories in nursery and is the most suitable approach for young children of any proficiency. Later on, preschool children are assessed according to their level of comprehension. Levelled textbooks are used as a guide and simple strokes writing is introduced as the children become capable of holding a pencil in K2 and K3. Mandarin is taught for 30 minutes every day. There is soft exposure at 2 yrs, building to more robust learning in K3.

Applications are accepted throughout the year with an application fee of HKD300 for all levels followed by a school tour and a short in-class session with the teacher.

The nursery curriculum is delivered in English with Chinese language support, if necessary. There is a provision of several themes throughout the year including major cultural celebrations these are underpinned by the EYFS framework from the U.K. The approach  to learning is very much a play based, language rich environment where children can choose their own pace to learn and try new things and develop their second language.

Preschool the children join K1 they often have more language competence and while the curriculum is also underpinned by the EYFS, the approach is inquiry led. This means the children are encouraged to ask questions, to vocalize their thoughts while trialing ways of doing things. This has proved to be very effective in enhancing the children learning experience and consolidating language proficiency as they move up through the preschool.

There school features 6000 sqft on the G/F and is within walking distance of the MTR. It has 8 spacious purpose built classrooms with a lot of natural light, a large play area, a multipurpose room and an outdoor shared playground.
