A feast for the taste buds as well as the eyes, the Green Tea Strawberry Cake features a soft and moist green tea sponge cake enclosing a generous layer of strawberry cream and fresh strawberry dices. The airy and cottony White Peach and Strawberry Mousse Cake is sure to melt any heart. While, a perfect complement to the mild sweetness of seafood, strawberry dices are wrapped in the Murray Lobster Roll to highlight the freshness of tarragon lobster salad. Flavourful and appetising, Strawberry Gazpacho is the tasty treat to beat the summer heat. The afternoon tea costs $640 for two persons and is available Monday to Saturday 2.30pm – 6.30pm.
